Refund Policy

Included with Registration

  • Lunch each day, as well as coffee/tea and snacks throughout the conference
  • Networking opportunities between workshops and at our happy hour
  • Transportation between conference and identified partner hotels (at scheduled shuttle times – personal transportation between times is at your own expense)
  • Visits from local vendors on campus
  • A chance to participate in our famous SENIA Raffle to win some sweet swag!

  • Pre-conference (March 7):

    • Start: 8:30 AM

    • End: 4:00 PM

  • Main Conference (March 8):

    • Start: 8:30 AM

    • End: 5:00 PM

  • Happy Hour and Resource Fair (March 8):

    • Start: 5:00 PM

    • End: 7:00 PM

  • Main Conference (March 9):

    • Start: 8:30 AM

    • End: 3:00 PM
